Bathroom Preparation

Keep the tub, toilet, sinks and countertop in the bathrooms clean. A smart purchase of new towel sets and if needed, new shower curtains for each bathroom is an inexpensive way to give the rooms a clean fresh look. Tell your family they are not to be used, but displayed for showing only.
As with the kitchen the cabinets in your bathrooms need to be cleaned out if they are overflowing.
Your tub will be inspected. Keep it clean and re-caulk in any areas that it is needed. If there are any leaks have it repaired.
